1. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver within Zambia, including all provinces: Lusaka, Copperbelt, Eastern, Southern, Muchinga, Northern, Northwestern, Central, and Western provinces.
  • For customers outside Zambia, delivery arrangements must be made within Zambia. Please contact our Customer Service for assistance.

2. Delivery Partners

  • Deliveries are fulfilled by Platinum Couriers or local bus services.
  • Delivery timelines are typically 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight/size of the package.
  • The exact delivery cost will be communicated to you via email or phone after placing your order.

4. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday.
  • Deliveries within Lusaka are typically completed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or other external factors.

 

 

5. Pick-Up Option

  • Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our store at: Address: RIST 265 Opposite Kamwala -Intercity flyover bridge, Off Independence Avenue Road Lusaka, Zambia.

6. Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a reference number and a confirmation via email or phone.

7. Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • If delivery attempts fail due to an incorrect address or unavailability, customers will need to:
    • Arrange for a new delivery at an additional cost, or
    • Pick up the order from our store.

8. Payment Requirements

  • All orders must be fully paid before delivery or pick-up.
  • We do not accept cash on delivery.

  • Customers are required to inspect their items upon delivery or pick-up.
