We currently deliver within Zambia, including all provinces: Lusaka, Copperbelt, Eastern, Southern, Muchinga, Northern, Northwestern, Central, and Western provinces.

Ordering and Payment

Placing an Order:

Orders can be placed via the platform and paid using credit/debit cards (Visa) or mobile money (Airtel Money, Zamtel Money and  MTN Mobile Money).

Once an order is placed, a reference number will be provided. Confirmation of acceptance will follow via email or phone.

Payments are processed securely via Lenco, a financial entity authorized by the Bank of Zambia.

Lenco will deduct transaction fees directly from customers and clients. Carmi M Camilla Store is not responsible for covering any online transaction charges, even if they differ from the website’s listed amounts.

Lenco’s fees vary depending on the type of transaction made by the client or customer.

Transaction collection charges may vary depending on the online payment gateway service provider.

Secure Electronic Transactions (SET) protocols, including 3D Secure, are implemented for all transactions.

Pricing and Invoicing

Prices are displayed in Zambian Kwacha and may vary depending on delivery location.

Delivery

Deliveries are fulfilled by Platinum Couriers or local bus services and typically take 3–5 business days.

Delivery costs will be communicated via email or phone based on courier pricing.

Delivery is available Monday to Saturday.

Returns and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 3 days (outside Lusaka) or 24 hours (within Lusaka).

Refunds for canceled orders exclude delivery fees unless the fault lies with Carmi M Camilla Store.

Exchange and Return Conditions:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

Certain items, such as lingerie, swimwear, or personalized products, cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 20–30 business days after the returned items are inspected.
